for the Children of Ukraine
Living within a war, under siege, takes a terrible toll, especially on the young. But you can help bring some moments of light into these dark days.
The children of the Mykolaiv region of Ukraine spend their days in cellars, as bombs fall around them. Food is getting scarcer. There is no school, no time for play and little relief.
But in the Carpathian mountains, a long bus ride away, respite awaits… a refuge well out of the war zone with a swimming pool, counselors, psychologists, fun activities, and four meals a day—focused on each child’s wellbeing and what life without war can be.
We just have to get them there.
It costs less than $30 a day for each child, transportation included.
We have an initial list of 20 children ready for 12 days of peace.
This is $360 per child. We need to raise $7,200 to bring them all.
The more money we raise,
the more children we can send
and the longer they can
stay.
